The service contains turnover tax of 22%
When canceling or changing travel services, the conditions set by the service provider are always respected. Any fines or additional fees imposed by the service provider (tour operator, airline, etc.), must be paid in addition to City Travel agency fees. The service fee is transaction-based and is non-refundable in case of trip cancellation or non-use of the ordered service.
