Required documents for a private visa to Russia:

Private visit visas are issued in the presence of close relatives – citizens of the Russian Federation (spouses, children, parents, sisters / brothers, grandparents, grandchildren, parents of spouses)

If close relatives live in Estonia (invitation not required):

  1. A copy of the international passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation;
  2. A copy of the residence permit ID card on both sides / or a Schengen visa of a citizen of the Russian Federation;
  3. Application from a citizen of the Russian Federation (filled out in the office)
  4. Originals or notarized copies of documents confirming the relationship of a citizen of the Russian Federation with a foreign citizen, for example, a marriage / birth certificate / change of surname, etc.).
  5. Original certificate of absence of HIV infection: only for an annual visa based on documents from a grandmother / grandfather, grandson / granddaughter, sibling. (!) If a visa is issued for a spouse, children or parents, as well as for all minor children, a certificate of absence of HIV infection is not required.

If close relatives live in Russia:

 

  1. A copy of the invitation from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia (issuance in the Russian Federation takes about 20 working days, the invitation is issued up to 90 days) or the original notarized invitation from a citizen of the Russian Federation (the invitation is issued up to 1 year). The invitation must be addressed to the Consular Section of the Embassy in Estonia.
  2. Originals or notarized copies of documents confirming the relationship of a citizen of the Russian Federation with a foreign citizen (birth / marriage certificate / change of surname, etc.).
  3. A copy of the internal passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation and the page with registration;
  4. Original certificate of absence of HIV infection: only for an annual visa based on documents from a grandmother / grandfather, grandson / granddaughter, sibling. (!) If a visa is issued for a spouse, for children or for parents, as well as for all minor children, a certificate of absence of HIV infection is not required.
  5. A passport with at least two blank pages, valid for 6 months from the date of expiration of the visa;
  6. 1 color photograph on a white background measuring 3.5×4.5 cm, taken within the last 6 months;
  7. Health insurance policy (can be issued in the office upon application, 9 euros for 1 year) The cost of insurance is valid only when applying for a visa at our agency. The usual cost of insurance is 11 euros.
  8. Personal information (filled out in the office or via the link);
  9. Children under 18 years of age: a copy of the birth certificate and a copy of the passport of one of the parents.
    An application on behalf of a minor citizen of the Russian Federation can be filled out by one of his parents – a citizen of the Russian Federation.

Features of a single electronic visa and conditions for its issuance

1. A single electronic visa can only be obtained by citizens of the following foreign countries, the list of which is approved by the Government of the Russian Federation (Austria, Andorra, Bahrain, Belgium, Bulgaria, Vatican City, Hungary, Vietnam, Germany, Greece, Denmark, India, Indonesia, Iran, Ireland, Iceland, Spain, Italy, Cambodia, Cyprus, China, North Korea, Kuwait, Latvia, Lithuania, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, Myanmar, the Netherlands, Norway, Oman, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Saudi Arabia, North Macedonia, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Taiwan, China, Turkey, Philippines,

3. A single electronic visa gives the right to enter the Russian Federation and stay in the Russian Federation on a guest or business visit, as a tourist, as well as to participate in scientific, cultural, socio-political, economic, sports events and carry out relevant connections and contacts . 4. Foreign citizens who arrived in the Russian Federation on the basis of a single electronic visa have the right to freedom of movement within the entire territory of the Russian Federation, with the exception of visiting territories, organizations and objects for entry to which, in accordance with federal laws, special permission is required.

5. The unified electronic visa is single-entry. The validity period of a single electronic visa is 60 days from the date of issue. The permitted period of stay in the Russian Federation on a single electronic visa within its validity period is no more than 16 days from the date of entry.

ATTENTION! The permitted period of stay in the Russian Federation on a single electronic visa of up to 16 days does not mean the possibility of staying for 384 hours (24 hours x 16) net time. Arrival day and day
departures are counted as 2 days.

6. The validity period of an electronic visa and (or) the permitted period of stay under it can be extended only if it is impossible to leave the territory of the Russian Federation due to the need for emergency treatment or the occurrence of force majeure circumstances (force majeure), as well as natural phenomena .

7. Extension of the validity period of an electronic visa and (or) the permitted period of stay under it is carried out by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation

8. If your passport contains a valid Russian visa, you do not need to apply for a single electronic visa. You can visit the Russian Federation with a regular visa within its validity period without
restrictions provided for a single electronic visa. The validity of a regular visa cannot be extended by obtaining a single e-visa.

Based on the foregoing, City Travel OÜ does not assume legal or moral responsibility for possible damage that the client may incur due to a reduction in the validity of a visa or refusal to obtain a visa from any country. City Travel OÜ is also not responsible if the client’s passport turns out to be damaged or lost due to the fault of officials of the relevant state (embassy, visa center) or if this happened while the passport was in the hands of officials of any state (embassy, visa center) .
  4. By submitting documents to City Travel OÜ for a visa application, the applicant agrees to our terms and conditions, that personal data will be transmitted electronically or in writing to make a decision on issuing a visa to the embassy or visa center. You declare that the information you provide in the application form is complete and accurate and you are aware that any false information may lead to refusal to issue a visa or cancellation of an already issued visa, as well as other actions provided for by the legislation of the relevant state.
  5. You agree that in the event of an increase in the period for consideration of the application, a reduction in the declared validity period of the visa or a refusal to issue a visa, you will not be asked about possible financial losses associated with your business trip, travel, as well as about the return of money for the service provided by our by City Travel OÜ and for payment of the consular fee and visa center services.
