General information

Applying for a US visa for Estonian passport holders

The Visa Waiver Program allows Estonian citizens to visit the United States for tourism and business purposes (i.e., only for purposes eligible for a visitor visa) for up to 90 days without obtaining a visa. Persons entering the country under the Visa Waiver Program must obtain authorization through ESTA. Their passports are automatically scanned upon entry into the United States and entered into the Department of Homeland Security’s OBIM program.

What is included in the agency service:

  • filling out an electronic form
  • fee payment by agency credit card
  • saving client time

Who is not eligible for the visa waiver program?

  • Persons who have already traveled or been present in Iraq, Iran, Syria, Sudan, Libya, Somalia and/or Yemen on or after March 1, 2011, are no longer eligible to travel or enter the United States under the Visa Waiver Program (VWP). This restriction does not apply to those VWP participants whose presence in any of these countries was as part of military service in the armed forces of a VWP country, or in the performance of official duties as a regular employee of the Government of a VWP country. entry
  • persons who have been arrested, even if it did not result in criminal punishment; persons against whom criminal cases have been opened (even if they have been pardoned or received an amnesty).
  • persons with serious infectious diseases.
  • persons who have been denied entry into the country or who have been deported from the United States due to staying in the country longer than the period established by the Visa Waiver Program
  • persons planning to study, work or stay in the United States for more than 90 days, as well as persons intending to change their status (from a tourist trip to a student trip, etc.) upon arrival in the United States. These persons must obtain a visa. If the immigration officer determines that the person entering the country without a visa intends to study, work, or stay in the United States for more than 90 days, he will not grant entry.
  • Persons not approved through the ESTA system are not eligible to enter the country under the Visa Waiver Program. You must apply for a visa prior to travel.

Applying for a US visa for citizens with an Estonian residence permit and stateless persons:

We help citizens of Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, etc. with a residence permit in Estonia, as well as stateless persons in obtaining a visa to the United States.

The cost of obtaining a visa includes the fee and agency services. If your US visa is denied, your money will not be refunded.

The fee and agency service must be paid in advance, since the interview cannot be booked without paying the fee.

Important information on applying for a US visa:

  • Visa processing after the interview takes 3 days, but in exceptional cases it may take longer.
  • Registration for an interview is only possible for people with a residence permit in Estonia.
  • For the interview you will need any documents confirming the presence of strong ties in your homeland (work certificate, bank statement, marriage certificate, child’s birth certificate or any other suitable documents).
  • Part of the interview is fingerprinting, usually a quick digital scan of the fingerprints is taken during the interview.
  • the refusal of a visa or the receipt of a visa will be reported immediately after the interview.

Requirements for applying without an interview based on previous US visas, if more than 48 months have passed since the expiration of the US visa:

  • You can apply for a visa without going through an interview if you have previously received a US visa.
  • Your previous visa must have been issued to you when you were 14 years of age or older and you were fingerprinted at the time of your previous interview.
  • You are a citizen or resident of Estonia.
  • You are in Estonia.
  • If your previous visa was marked “clearance received”, you cannot apply for a visa without undergoing an interview.
  • You cannot use the non-interview application service if you have lost your previous passport that contained a valid or expired US visa.

For additional cost:

  • booking hotels in the USA at prices better than on Internet sites
  • booking air tickets to the USA

Prices are per person per travel package

IMPORTANT!

Possession of a US visa or ESTA does not guarantee entry into the US, but does entitle foreign nationals to arrive at a US port and request entry. Officials from the Department of Homeland Security and the Bureau of Customs and Border Protection can authorize or deny entry into the United States. They also determine the length of stay of the entrant. If entry into the United States is granted, the Customs and Border Protection officer at the port of entry will determine the permitted length of stay.
